Programs

The Office of Economic Opportunity administers funds to Community Action Agencies and other non-profit agencies to eliminate causes of poverty, increase self-sufficiency of individuals and families, prevent homelessness and revitalize communities. These programs work in a variety of ways to improve the lives of the citizens of South Carolina.
